Well Being Class Schedule
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicaid, and Evergreen. If we are out of network with your insurance we are happy to check your out of network benefits.
Will you bill my insurance?
We take care of all billing matters. If you ever have questions regarding your financial responsibility there is always someone at our office to speak with.
Do I need a prescription from my doctor?
It is preferred to come with a prescription but not absolutely necessary. If you are a Medicare patient it is desired that you come with a prescription from your doctor.
Will I be with the therapist throughout my entire appointment?
Absolutely! At MRPT you are the recipient of one-on-one care. Whether your appointment is 30 or 60 minutes the therapists will work closely with you to achieve the best outcomes.
Are classes covered by insurance?
If you are actively a patient then, in some case, you can participate in a class that a therapist is teaching and it can be billed to your insurance. Keep in mind that deductibles and co-pays would still apply.
Do I have to be a patient to take classes?
Nope. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced exerciser, patient or non-patient, all are welcome.
How deep and how warm is your pool?
Our pool is 4 feet deep with a 6’ well which is perfect for traction. It’s easily accessible and includes a chair lift if you are unable to use the steps. The average temperature is 92 degrees.
Do you use chlorine?
We use a salt system that generates chlorine. The advantages are that it’s easier on the skin and better for the environment.
Do you have evening and weekend appointment times?
We have early morning and evening times for your convenience. Currently we don’t offer any weekend therapy appointments.
